Tako dobivamo rekristalizirani silicijev karbid.Zbog svoje visoke \u010disto\u0107e (SiC &gt; 99,51 % ) i nedostatka me\u0111ufazne veze, ima izvrsna mehani\u010dka svojstva na visokim temperaturama, a maksimalna radna temperatura mo\u017ee dose\u0107i 1700 \u00b0C. Rekristalizirani silicijev karbid ima dobru otpornost na visoke temperature u kerami\u010dkim proizvodima, koja se pove\u0107ava s porastom temperature. Gotovo se uop\u0107e ne skuplja. Istovremeno, rekrystalizirani silicijev karbid ima dobru toplinsku vodljivost, otpornost na toplinski \u0161ok, otpornost na oksidaciju i otpornost na koroziju u kiselim i baznim sredinama. Stoga se rekrystalizirani SiC mo\u017ee oblikovati u razli\u010dite geometrijske oblike prema razli\u010ditim namjenama, osobito u uvjetima visokih temperatura.<\/p>\n<p>Rekristalizirani SiC pogodan je za upotrebu kao oprema za pe\u0107nice i dodatna oprema u keramici, vatrostalnim materijalima, elektri\u010dnoj keramici, elektronici i drugim industrijama. Njegove su izvanredne karakteristike dimenzionalna stabilnost, visoka toplinska otpornost i dobar u\u010dinak u\u0161tede energije. Od rekristaliziranog SiC-a mogu se izra\u0111ivati \u0161ipke, \u0161uplje grede, plo\u010de za pe\u0107nice i dijelovi posebnih oblika. Halsic r tako\u0111er ima dobru otpornost na oksidaciju i eroziju, visoku tvrdo\u0107u i otpornost na habanje.
