Chaque m\u00e9thode de formation affecte grandement la microstructure finale.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La c\u00e9ramique de carbure de silicium li\u00e9 par r\u00e9action (RBSIC ou SISIC) est fabriqu\u00e9e en infiltrant des compacts compos\u00e9s de m\u00e9langes de carbure de silicium et de carbone avec du silicium liquide. Le silicium r\u00e9agit avec le carbone en formant davantage de SiC qui lie les particules de SiC initiales.<\/p>\n<p>La c\u00e9ramique de carbure de silicium fritt\u00e9e (SSiC) est produite \u00e0 partir de poudre de SiC pur et d'adjuvants de frittage non oxyd\u00e9s.
