SiC keramika igra sve va\u017eniju ulogu u oblasti materijala. Stoga je hitno provesti daljnja istra\u017eivanja SiC materijala kako bi se smanjili tro\u0161kovi proizvodnje, pojednostavili proizvodni procesi i potaknuo razvoj SiC kerami\u010dkih proizvoda, uz kontinuirano pobolj\u0161anje njihovih izvrsnih svojstava.<\/p>\n<p>Sinterirani silicij-karbid smatra se najperspektivnijom metodom sinteriranja SiC. Keramika od silicij-karbida velikih dimenzija i slo\u017eenog oblika mo\u017ee se pripremiti procesom atmosferskog sinteriranja. GE Corporation iz Sjedinjenih Ameri\u010dkih Dr\u017eava usvojila je sljede\u0107e mjere: \u03b2 \u2013 dodavanje bora i ugljika u SiC, sinteriranje na temperaturi iznad 2000 \u2103 u inertnoj atmosferi i dobivanje sinteriranog silicij-karbida gusto\u0107e ve\u0107e od 98% na 2020 \u2103.
